The first book of our herbal container is called Plant Spirit Medicine by Eliot Cowan, we will be reading chapters 1-5 and discussing our biggest takeaways together in person at Folkways Tattoo from 9am-10am with an option to join on Zoom as well.

Suggested sliding scale donation for this class is between 5-15$ via venmo @mamaearthtone or in cash in person.
