Class will be 60 minutes with an opportunity to mingle for a little while after.

Each month we will sit with an herb that coincides with the season. We will journey through the chakra’s, taking notice of how the herb effects each wheel. We will weave in greenwitch practices under the guidance of the Wise Woman Tradition of Healing, calling in and giving gratitude to the elements. There will be an opportunity sharing experiences of the plant meditation within the circle, but it is not mandatory.

Sometimes just being in the presence of a like-minded community and hearing experience is healing in its own right. We will go into the herbs healing properties, energetics and other wisdoms before closing together. A full plant lecture will be the following week.

Please contact Adrienne mamafolkco@gmail.com to sign up for the in depth study of the months plant. There is also option to sign up for a full herbal community container.

You can find more of that info on Mamafolk.co

Please bring:

  • an item of meaning to you to place on our community altar (you will take it back home with you after class)

  • a journal if you wish!

  • favorite mug with you!
